The Services Procurement Associate will primarily be responsible for procuring services, not commodities.
Our client is seeking a Services Procurement Associate to join their team and support the acquisition and supply of goods, services, and works in a compliant and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities:
Procurement Process:
• Assist in developing and tracking procurement plans.
• Coordinate sourcing process for goods and services.
• Prepare procurement documents and ensure compliance.
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery status and invoicing.
Reporting and Coordination:
• Generate and disseminate procurement reports.
• Coordinate communication with program teams and suppliers.
• Provide support and training to staff on operations policies.
Facilities Maintenance:
• Support maintenance of office facilities and fleet.
• Research parts availability and costing for fleet maintenance.
• Liaise with vendors for repairs and renovations.
Key Performance Areas:
• Uphold professionalism and organization mission.
• Share weekly tracker/plan with program teams and Supply Chain Manager.
• Ensure all travel requests are approved before processing.
• Maintain accurate inventory reports and follow up on processes.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
• Professional Diploma holders with relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing/Supplies is an advantage.
• Minimum three years of experience in similar role of procuring services and not commodities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
